Refund & Cancellation Policy

The full reading is a digital product that unlocks immediately after payment is confirmed. Because it’s delivered instantly, our refund policy is narrower than for physical goods — but we want it to be fair.

When you can get a refund

• Payment deducted, reading not unlocked. If money was taken from your account but your full reading never unlocked due to a technical error on our end, email us within 7 days of the payment and we’ll either fix the unlock or refund you in full.
• Duplicate payment. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same reading, the extra charge will be refunded in full.

When refunds aren’t available

Once your full reading has successfully unlocked and been delivered, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, disagreement with the content of the reading, or because it wasn’t what you expected — the same way you can’t return a book you’ve already read. We encourage you to try the free teaser first to see if it resonates before paying.

How to request a refund

Email jirlojayanofficial1995@gmail.com with your payment reference (shown on your Razorpay receipt) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
